Event spaces like this require detailed advancement, and the ability to think “outside the box.”
When we manage a project, we make it a priority to understand our client’s goals and dreams for their big event. Our custom renderings and designs not only help communicate expectations but act as an instructional for day-of coordinating to ensure your event meets or even exceeds your expectations throughout our entire partnership.
Event Space & Finished Product
This project was done for a church youth retreat. The church’s budget was very limited, so we like to say we “Optimized” the gear available. We used old projectors, dated point-source speakers, other gear the church had laying around. We partnered with church AV staff to make this a really fun and powerful experience for the students.
Design Concept
On this project, the client had planned on being in an indoor amphitheater that had flooded a week prior to the event. We changed our design plans and showed this to the client, and we proceeded in a gymnaisum instead.
